SERIAL PLANES LAMP

FLAME TO DROP

The aim of this project is to design two lamps of serial planes, one must consist of polygonal forms and the other one of organic forms following the same motive.

 

Polygonal Lamp:

 

 

From the idea of a flame and a drop, it has to be represented without curves. The interior cut every time is minimized since it is necessary to turn in a species of pentagon (symbolizing the drop).

 

Organic Lamp:

 

From the same previous idea, playing with the elements (water and fire) to be progressing from the form of a drop to a flame. The flame has an interior cut that as the previous model, is making to him smaller up to disappearing. It is played by the color range, is begun by hot colors, representing the fire, when it comes to the half, one of the planes is totally white and then it begins with the cold colors representing the water.
